MEZCAL NEGRONI A.K.A. MEZCALONI

¡Vamos a darle!

The Negroni is a drink that was invented in the early 1900s (or at least that’s what wikipedia says) and although the original recipe is very tasty, you will truly love this adaptation.

All you need is love and:

  • 1 oz. Púa Mezcal joven
  • 1 oz. Campari
  • 1 oz. Vermouth rosso
  • Orange peel
  • A lot of ice
  • A mixing glass and a cute glass

Steps

  1. Go to your fridge and put your cute-fancy glass in there to get refreshed
  2. Take your mixing glass and fill it with a good amount of ice
  3. Pour the ounce of Púa, the ounce of Campari and the ounce of Vermouth in there
  4. With a large spoon, stir it for about 30 seconds or until the staying alive chorus ends. The Office style.
  5. Take that beautiful glass out of the fridge, fill it with ice, and with the help of a stainer pour all that liquid-honeyed-redish in it. Btw no worries if you don’t have a stainer, just make sure not to make a mess 😉
  6. Grab a little bit of orange peel, squeeze it and leave it as a garnish in your Mezcaloni

Y ya estaría, you have in there a powerful part of Púa Mezcal, a bitterish one with Campari, and the final sweet touch with the vermouth rosso.
